The RMA form consists of:

- Return Mailing Label: This contains the address of the fulfillment center. Please affix it to your return package (note: return postage is not provided).

- Return Authorization Slip: This includes a barcode and item description, and it must be included inside the return package.

"To resolve connection issues, follow these steps:

Not all models are compatible with the app, so verify this first.

2. Ensure proper pairing steps:
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, but do not connect the earbuds via Bluetooth initially.
- If your earbuds are already connected to your phone, remove them from the Bluetooth connection list.
- When connected via Bluetooth first, the earbuds will not enter pairing mode, preventing the app from detecting them. The app must find the earbuds signal directly during the binding process.

3. Follow the app instructions:
Once the app detects your earbuds, follow the on-screen instructions to pairing with the device.

4. Automatic connection:
After successful pairing, your earbuds will automatically connect to your phone via Bluetooth."
