Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
Unused & Undamaged: Products must be in original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or customization.
Complete Packaging: All accessories, free gifts, and original packaging (e.g., boxes, manuals) must be included.
Proof of Purchase: Valid order confirmation or invoice from QCY Official Website (https://www.qcy.com/) is required.

How It Works
1. ​Contact Support: Email us within 30 days of delivery.
2.​ Return Shipping:
• Non-quality issues: Customer covers return shipping costs.
• Defective products: QCY provides a prepaid return label.
3. ​QCY Inspection: Refunds begin ​within 5 business days after we verify the returned item at our warehouse.
4. ​Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment account.
