What should I do if the charging case cannot be charged?

Please use a clean and dry cloth or cotton swab to clean the charging port of the charging case. Use the data cable that comes with the headset and charge it for 5 minutes to see if the light turns on. If the light is on normally, please continue charging for 2~3 hours. After charging, please try to reset and confirm whether the headset is used normally.

What should I do if my earphones cannot be charged?

Please first confirm whether the protective sticker on the earphones has been removed. Try using an alcohol swab to wipe the charging contacts of the earphones and charging case, then put it into the charging case to confirm whether the earphones light up. After the light turns on, charge for 1 to 2 hours. After resetting the earphones, confirm whether the earphones are in normal use.

What should I do if the earphones cannot be turned on?

1. Please first determine whether the charging case is charging normally.

2. Press the button on the charging case, or connect the power supply, and confirm whether the charging case lights up.

3. If the charging case charges normally but the earphones cannot be charged, please first confirm whether the protective sticker on the earphones has been removed. It can be charged normally after tearing it off.

4. If the problem still exists, please contact the store customer service to confirm further solutions.

What should I do if the battery life is abnormal?

There may be slight deviations between the advertised usage time of the headset and the actual usage time. If the difference in battery life is large, please try to clean the charging contact points of the headset first and observe whether there are dents in the contact pins of the headset case. If there is still a problem, please contact the customer service of the store where you placed the order for detailed confirmation.

What should I do if the battery life is inconsistent?

The earphones are divided into primary and secondary earphones. The main earphone needs to receive commands, so it will consume power faster. The difference in battery life between the left and right earphones within 30mins is within the normal range.

If the usage time of the two earphones is too different, please contact the customer service of the order store for after-sales service. (There may be slight deviations between the advertised test results and actual use)
